We all love a good party! To dance & eat great food & celebrate is the core idea. The question is what is the occasion, why are we making merry? Of course you can always just go out with friends & party the night away but that is not what this is about. The idea here in this blog is about brainstorming, ideas & focus on what you want to make happen. Let’s start by looking at events over all.
Events come in many forms. Weddings, Birthdays, anniversaries, awards and all kinds of ideas. Idea is simple but the you still need to add to it. Brainstorm to make it fun & give people a reason to attend. Let’s take the idea of a wedding. Weddings have a core concept of two people coming together as one to join two families & to start one as well. How do you a wedding different at the reception? Do you want to make it different? Good questions. I think what you need to ask yourself is why & how? You could talk about doing a fairytale idea based off stories or maybe you just want to have a theme. The best thing to think about is how it complements your day. Don’t cheese it up, make it fun, exciting & family first. Look at your family history for ideas. Think about your budget. If you can’t afford the everything you want work around to what is most important. As you look at your day you will see what makes sense. These ideas apply to all events. The more creative you are the better. Less is more as it is said.
Events need your ideas to make them come alive and they also need your commonsense. Here is a simple idea to follow:
1. define your event: know what you are trying to do
2. What is your budget: How much money do you have
3. Now with those ideas plan your event out
By following these ideas you can have a great event that willbe fun but with in reason.
